Exchange Policy

Sometimes, however, when your order arrives you may realize that the product isn’t exactly what you expected. It may not be of the right color, or in rare cases, you might find that it is empty. What do you do now? This is where the  
"Shopinzer"  Product Exchange process makes your life easier.

  1. In general, an item may be eligible for exchange within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
    • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
    • Has missing parts or accessories
    • Is different from what was ordered

Products marked as "Exchange Guaranteed" on the product detail page cannot be returned/Refunded. They can be exchanged only.

  1. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. However no Products will be accepted by us if (a) the Products have been damaged by the User (b) if there is a change in the quality, quantity or other characteristics of the Product (c) if as per our Quality Assurance Team the product returned is not the Product that was delivered (d) any other circumstances that the Website and/or the Quality Assurance Team may notify or deem appropriate from time to time.
  2. Exchange are eligible only when the customer/user records the video of the package delivered to him/her by "" before and while opening the packaged product. The same will be intimated to all the customers via Email on their respective Email Ids and Tax Invoice.
  3. If the user wants to exchange the product within 10 days from the delivered date, the user can return the package using any courier service of his/her choice. We don’t provide any shipping/courier charges refund. After receiving the product and after the verification from our quality assurance team, we will ship the new product from our site free of cost. In the case of Exchange, we recommend using ‘Speed Post’ of India Post as your courier service. India Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India. Please avoid Professional Couriers as they may be costlier and sometimes problematic. Please don't forget to send us an image of the AWB Tracking No. given by every courier service( It is mandatory to initiate the exchange process). In case you forget to provide us with the same no exchange would be initiated.
  4. In case of return initiated(exchange process) and subsequently couriered by the User himself/herself, and if it is found that the claimed shipment was not delivered to "" or the shipment was empty, the onus shall be on the User to prove through presentation/submission of Proof of Delivery (PoD) from the concerned logistic service provider to establish his/her claim of return. However, non-receipt of Product by the "" may lead to no refund/exchange being issued to the User. The User waives any claims against "" in this regard.
  5. "" will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where a product not belonging to "" is returned by mistake, "" is not accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.
  6. All Products ordered by the User shall be eligible for Exchange in accordance with the "" policy as indicated hereinabove. If the Product delivered is damaged, soiled or is different from the Product specifications mentioned on the Website. "" will initiate the exchange of a Product only in accordance with the exchange policy.
  7. The User acknowledges that the Website will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from non-processing an order or any delay in processing an order which is beyond the control of the Website.
  8. The company is not responsible for any delays in the orders after the product is delivered from our side as we are using third party courier services. Different Courier Companies/Shipment Companies have different policies, please read their policies to know more.
  9. "" reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these policies periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
  10. In the case of cosmetic items, "" is not liable for any kind of return or refund. Cosmetic items can only be exchanged that too after the final decision of our quality assurance team and according to our company policies mentioned above.
  11. In case of any legal query/action/legalities, all the legal cases will be held under Sonipat Court Jurisdiction only.
