How long does delivery take?
INDIA – For all the items it takes 3-7 business days, however at this time of the year, due to high demand of and the busy season, please allow 15-35 business days for delivery.
US – For most of the items it would Usually take 7-30 business days, however at this time of the year, due to high demand of and the busy season, please allow 15-35 business days for delivery.
UK & CA – For most of the items it would Usually take 15-30 business days, however at this time of the year, due to high demand of and the busy season, please allow 15-35 business days for delivery.
Rest Of The World – For most of the items it would Usually take 15-60 business days, however at this time of the year, due to high demand of and the busy season, please allow 15-65 business days for delivery.

Shopinzer successfully ships A LOT of products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the globe!
I’ve placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?
Since we have a few warehouses, we don’t have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you’ll probably receive one item before the next. Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
I’ve put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we’ll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.

If item received is damaged/missing, and your payment is eligible, we’ll reship the new product from our side but you have to provide us with the video recording made at the time of opening the sealed package. Also, you will have to ship us back the product on your own expenses.
No refund is given from our side until it is mentioned on the product page of the product.
