Refund/Return Policy

Shopinzer.com wants you to have complete satisfaction while buying products from our online store. Online shopping is simple and quick. You might enjoy the convenience and comfort of buying your favorite products in a few clicks or taps. Sometimes, however, when your order arrives you may realize that the product isn’t exactly what you expected. It may not be of the right size or color, or in rare cases you might find that it is defective or damaged. What do you do now? This is where the Shopinzer Product Return/Refunds/Replace/Exchange process makes your life easier.

For all the policies read more to know more:

  1. In general, an item may be eligible for return/replacement/exchange within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
    • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
    • Has missing parts or accessories
    • Is different from what was ordered

Products marked as "Exchange Guaranteed" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

  1. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. Refer to instructions to return items against each category. However no Products will be accepted by us if (a) the Products have been damaged by the User (b) if there is a change in the quality, quantity or other characteristics of the Product (c) if as per our Quality Assurance Team the product returned is not the Product that was delivered (d) any other circumstances that the Website and/or the Quality Assurance Team may notify or deem appropriate from time to time.
  2. Refund/Replacement/Exchange are eligible only when the customer/user records the video of the package delivered to him/her by Shopinzer.com before and while opening the packaged product. The same will be intimated to all the customers via Email on their respective Email Ids and Tax Invoice.
  3. If the user wants to return the product within 10 days from the delivered date, the user can return the package using any courier service of his/her choice. We don’t provide any shipping/courier charges refund.
  4. In case of damaged products sent to you by us(which is rare) and after giving us the proof of the same in form of video recording before and while opening the package, a refund amount up to Rs.50/- will be refunded to your bank account along with the complete invoice value( if applicable).
  5. In case of Return/Refund/Exchange, we recommend using ‘Speed Post’ of India Post as your courier service. India Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India. Please avoid Professional Couriers as they may be costlier and sometimes problematic. Please don't forget to send us an image of the AWB Tracking No. given by every courier service( It is mandatory to initiate the refund). In case you forget to provide us with the same no refund would be initiated.
  6. In case of return initiated and subsequently couriered by the User himself/herself, and if it is found that the claimed shipment was not delivered to Shopinzer.com or the shipment was empty, the onus shall be on the User to prove through presentation/submission of Proof of Delivery (PoD) from the concerned logistic service provider to establish his/her claim of return. However, non-receipt of Product by the Shopinzer.com may lead to no refund/exchange being issued to the User. The User waives any claims against Shopinzer.com in this regard.
  7. Shopinzer.com will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where a product not belonging to Shopinzer.com is returned by mistake, Shopinzer.com is not accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.
  8. All Products ordered by the User shall be eligible for Replacement/Refund/Return/Exchange in accordance with the Shopinzer.com policy as indicated hereinabove. If the Product delivered is damaged, soiled or is different from the Product specifications mentioned on the Website. Shopinzer.com will accept return or exchange of a Product only in accordance with the returns policy.
  9. Refund, if any, shall be made at the same issuing bank through which the Product was purchased. For cash on delivery transactions, the User has the option to receive the refund in any one of the User's bank account via NEFT (for which the User shall have to share the bank details along with the IFSC code).
  10. For payments made through electronic means like a debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet etc. refund shall be made using the same payment mode. Refund of payment will reflect into your account within 7-10 days after acceptance of the product by Shopinzer.com.
  11. All refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees only.
  12. The User acknowledges that the Website will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from non-processing an order or any delay in processing an order which is beyond the control of the Website.
  13. The company is not responsible for any delays in the orders after the product is delivered from our side as we are using third party courier services. Different Courier Companies/Shipment Companies have different policies, please read their policies to know more.
  14. Shopinzer.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these policies periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
  15. In the case of cosmetic items, Shopinzer.com is not liable for any kind of return or refund. Cosmetic items can only be exchanged that too after the final decision of our quality assurance team and according to our company policies mentioned above.
  16. In case of Delicate/Fragile items, we recommend the user to paste a fragile sticker on the Package to be returned. This is to avoid any damage to the product and this point is in favor of the customer only as per the policies above.
  17. In case of any legal query/action/legalities, all the legal cases will be held under Sonipat Court Jurisdiction only.
